RETURN & REFUND

Steps To Making  A Return:

Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. We have 3 days return policy. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a Video of unpacking package. Products can be returned within 7 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

To return or exchange a product please email us the order number with product codes to minaazjewels@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving the product and we will help you with the process. You can call us on +91-9157956047 on Monday to Saturday between 12pm -7pm. If your refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10days.

Criteria for Return:

The items should be unused. The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Any jewellery not in its original condition will not be considered eligible for return.

Return Shipment Process:

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Please address all returns to: Minaaz Jewels – C- 301, Laxman Township, Jivraj Park, Mavdi, Rajkot – 360004. If your request is approved, the exchanged product will be re-delivered to you within 5-7days.
